Ordering Custom UPF Shirts from Free Sunshields in 3 Easy Steps -

STEP 1 - Choose quantity and sizes. Please keep in mind that there is a 10 pc total minimum order quantity and a minimum order quantity of 5 pcs per size for this color. If you need to order a custom shirt with no minimum order quantity, please consider these custom shirt options.  Please see our volume pricing guide for more details on pricing discounts.

STEP 2 - Choose to make your own design or let us design. If you prefer to order blank shirts with no custom decoration, please select quantity and leave customizer blank.

MAKE YOUR OWN DESIGN - Choose to create your own design by using our product customizer, which will allow you to upload images or files, in addition to adding custom text. Our design team will make any necessary adjustments or critiques to your design and will submit a mockup for your approval with 24-48 hours.

LET US DESIGN - Our in house graphic design team will do everything for you. There is no additional charge for this service. You only need to select the quantity of sizes and colors you would prefer. After the order has been placed our design team will reach out to you and request artwork specs and provide a mockup within 24-48 hours. You can reach our design team directly at design@freesunshields.com for further assistance.

BUY BLANK - This option is best for those who prefer to have no design or want to decorate yourself. This is the only option that will have tear away tag. All other option will be tagged with Free Sunshields neck tag.

STEP 3 - If designing your own shirt, The customizer will allow you to upload logos/graphics as well as write custom text. There are many font options to choose from inside the customizer. Please keep in mind that most shirts will default to dye sublimation printing, but you will have the option to change to DTF printing after the graphic or text is added. Please make sure you understand the pros and cons of both printing methods, which are outlined below.

PRINT OPTIONS: Our custom long sleeve performance solar shirt with your logo or artwork. Base price is for the shirt only. There are four print locations available: front, back, right sleeve, and left sleeve. Each print location costs $3-5 per location depending on quantity. Printing dimensions can be up to 12 inches wide and up to 14 inches tall on both front and back. Sleeve printing is available in dimensions up to 16 inches long and 4 inches wide, depending on size of shirt.

DYE SUBLIMATION: Is the recommended print option for lighter color shirts. Dye sublimation is a permanent application that does not change the performance or feel of the shirt. However, dye sublimation will make the print take on the base color of the shirt. Our mockup generator will show you any possible color changes of how design colors may be affected by color of the shirt.

DTF PRINTING: Is a relatively new print application that creates a durable full digital transfer that is permanently pressed on the shirt. It is superior to other transfer printing techniques such as vinyl or screen printing. DTF printing will not crack and there is no limitation of print colors. The cost of DTF printing is an additional $.03 per sq/in of the design. If you choose to have our team design and choose DTF printing, we will send you an invoice after design is approved for the additional printing cost.
