Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on order quantity and your shipping address. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping. Free Shipping is only available within the continental US.
Expedited Production is subject to availability. An additional fee per unit will be added when applicable.
Rush production is not guaranteed unless you've spoken with a free sunshields representative prior to placing your order. Our team will update or create an invoice with the rush fee.
Expedited Shipping is the amount of time it will take to ship to its destination after the product has been created. The shipping times listed at checkout do not include production times.
Expedited Production is the time it will take to make the physical product.
Returns and Cancelations

We have a 24 hour cancellation period. Any requests after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Sublimation vs. DTF
We offer two main printing methods. Dye Sublimation and Direct To Film (DTF) transfer printing. These methods each have limitations and yield different results. Understanding each method is important to ensure we meet your expectations.
Sublimation printing is the bonding between Ink and fabric from the use of heat and pressure. This provides a permanent placement of your design on the shirt as the ink is baked into the fibers. This is a popular method as you will not feel the print on the shirt.
Direct to Film or DTF printing is the process of adhering polyethylene terephthalate, a material by means of a heat press.
Before Ordering
Yes. All of our products can be ordered without customization. Since many of our customers order custom products, our design team may reach out to confirm that you intend to order blank. You can let them know in the notes section to avoid any delays on your order.
If you saved your previous design from the customizer, you can use the link in the email you were sent. This will open your customizer with your saved designs. Be sure to adjust your sizes and quantities as needed.

We are proud to say that we do not have order minimums. You can purchase 1 or multiple.
No. We cannot print anything that is copyrighted or trademarked.
Design Process
This depends on what printing method you choose.
Sublimation printing cannot print white ink. This means, anything that is white in your design will not show up.
For DTF printing, it's best to upload an image without a background, however our design may be able to remove the background if the image is high enough resolution. You can leave a note for the designers when you place the order.

Our customizer will only calculate the print locations if there is customization done. We recommend using a placeholder image or text where you would like the artwork. This will ensure your order total is accurate at checkout.
Yes! Every custom order will receive a proof before production. You can approve or request changes to the proof. The order will not move to the production queue until the proof is approved.

Sleeve - 4x16in

We prefer at least 1500x1500px and a resolution of 300dpi.
Our customizer can accept .jpg, .png, .svg, .bmp, or .gif.
We prefer vector files such as .svg, .eps, .ai, or working vector .pdfs. Send you files to design@freesunshields.com if you're experiencing issues.
After Ordering / Production Process
Turnaround times vary based on the quantity of your order and types of products. These times are subject to change. To find our current production times, check out any product page to find average times for that product or click HERE.

This could be due to a number of reasons.
- We could be waiting on a response to an email we've sent you. Check your spam folders for any emails from Free Sunshields.
- The order could be waiting in the production queue. All orders are completed in the order they are received. Please check our current production times HERE.
- Contact us at support@freesunshields.com if you still have concerns about you order.
We do our best to ensure every order is completed as quickly as possible. All orders go into a production queue and are completed in the order they were received. Orders with paid rush fees will move through production faster. Please see our current production times HERE.
